Gavin Wood Cardano gives a stark warning to XRP and SOL investors

The Ethereum co-founder has issued a warning to altcoin holders against Solana’s price drop. Wood thinks the crypto market could experience further declines after losing $1 trillion in the latest bloodbath. According to the expert, cryptocurrencies such as Solana, BNB, XRP and Cardano could fall in response to the lower prices. Wood told the World Economic Forum in Davos:

I hope people pay more attention when involved in a community, an ecosystem, an economy. Technology can’t stop people from making mistakes, but it can help those who want to better understand the realities of the world, what they buy.

The Solana Blockchain has a block time of 400 milliseconds per design, but the average over 1 minute is now 659 milliseconds. Slow block time reduces staking rewards as it results in inconsistency with clocks. As of this writing, SOL is changing hands at $43.05, up 3.56%.
